Founded in 2020 by Mr. Devendra Kulkarni (B.E. Civil), Kulkarni Buildcorp was built on a simple promise: quality you can measure and timelines you can trust. Before starting the firm, Mr. Kulkarni spent five years with Pandit Javdekar, one of Pune’s most respected developers, gaining hands-on exposure to large-scale residential and commercial projects. Backed by a decade of industry experience, he set up Kulkarni Buildcorp to bring that same discipline, speed and clarity to every client engagement.

As Founder & Proprietor, Mr. Kulkarni leads from the site up, combining strong technical judgment with meticulous project control. He is supported by a skilled team of engineers and supervisors who share an obsession for quality, safety and timely delivery.
